Charter Oak Communities is in the business of building communities. We provide safe, attractive, affordable housing for our residents, and are dedicated to remaining vital and welcome neighbors. Recent growth includes our redevelopment at Southwood Square, completed in 2005; the December 2007 dedication of Taylor Street Apartments; the June 2008 opening of Post House Apartments; and the ongoing revitalization plans for Vidal Court, which includes our newest community in progress, Fairgate.
