Fairgate
Fairgate is a mixed-income development located on Fairfield Avenue and Stillwater Avenue on the site of the former Fairfield Court public housing development. Fairgate was the final phase of the Fairfield Court HOPE VI revitalization, and was completed in late 2009. Of the 90 units at Fairgate, 55 (60%) are affordable to households with a wide range of incomes, and 35 (40%) are market rate units without subsidy. Fairgate offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, mostly in a townhouse configuration with individual entrances, as well as a community building and an after-school program operated by the Boys & Girls Club of Stamford.
