Post House Apartments
Post House Apartments, located at 40 Clinton Avenue, was completed in 2008 as part of the Fairfield Court Hope VI Revitalization. Post House includes 60 one-bedroom apartments and extensive community space. Fifty of the apartments receive project-based Section 8 subsidy, and ten are assisted under the federal public housing program. In addition to on-site property management, Post House residents benefit from an on-site Resident Service Coordinator and Program Assistant.
The attractive six-story building is conveniently located in downtown Stamford, with easy access to transportation, shopping and a variety of services. Post House features a large meeting and community room, conference rooms, and a computer center where residents can receive training to gain or update skills. The Post House security system includes remote video security technology in each apartment as well as on-site security during evening hours.
