Over the past 36 years, CHFA has helped more than 104,000 families and individuals to purchase their first home and has provided financing for the construction and/or rehabilitation of more than 27,500 units of affordable rental housing for families and the elderly. Rippowam Manor: Rippowam Manor is a CHFA-funded, affordable housing complex consisting of a nine-story building and 81 units. It is located on the North Side along the Rippowam River. The Rippowam Manor complex houses elderly/disabled households. Glenbrook Manor: Glenbrook Manor is a CHFA-funded housing complex consisting of a four-story building plus a basement and 44 units. It is located near Main Street on the East Side. The Glenbrook Manor complex houses elderly/disabled households.
