Direct Deposit
Charter Oak Communities offers participating landlords a direct deposit system for Housing Assistance Payments (HAP). This system will deposit your monthly HAP directly into a checking or savings account of your choice. This will allow landlords to receive HAP funds in a timelier manner and will eliminate the possibility of lost or stolen checks.
Please select the tab below to access the direct deposit enrollment form. The completed form must be accompanied by a voided check that clearly states the following:
- The Bank Name
- The ABA Routing Number
- The Account Number
- The Payee Name (must match landlord name or name on Land Deed)
