Funding for COC
Capital Fund Program
Charter Oak Communities utilizes the Capital Fund Program to fund our federal developments’ capital improvements. This funding, provided annually by HUD, is an important element in completing improvements such as new roofs, kitchens, bathrooms, elevator renovation, and heating systems. Additionally, the Capital Fund Program supports management improvements which assist in funding security programs. COC is able to plan for the use of this funding utilizing a five-year planning tool which is submitted and updated annually.
