Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant- Scofield Manor

Position Summary: Responsible for arranging work to share the duties of caring for up to 50 residents requiring some help with activities of daily living. This position may be responsible for medication management, under the direction of the Consulting Nurse. Also responsible for the orderliness of the facility during hours when other administrative staff are off duty.  This position reports to an Administrator.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: High School graduate.  Minimum of one year experience working with elderly, mentally or physically challenged.

Housing Inspector

Position Summary: This position is responsible for planning and executing all of the organizations’ property and unit inspections utilizing relevant inspection standards to insure timely response to deficiencies, referral of problems to property management and to maintain all properties in good repair.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate’s Degree in a related discipline is mandatory.   In addition, a minimum of four years of experience in inspection and evaluation of dwelling units is required.   Construction and/or rehabilitation experience will be considered if combined with proven  multiple and general trades experience (Plumbing; Heating & Air Conditioning; Electrical; Carpentry; Masonry).  Additional years of experience may be substituted for the education requirement with two years experience replacing one year of college.  Graduation from an accredited High School or GED is a minimum requirement.  Fluent in English.  Spanish, Creole or other foreign language skills preferred.

Custodian

Position Summary: Performs repetitive custodial work in the cleaning of residential and commercial buildings as directed by Supervising Staff

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: Graduation from an accredited high school is mandatory. A minimum of one year work experience in building cleaning activities.

Assistant Property Manager - East Side

Position Summary: This position will support the operations of property management

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate’s Degree in business management, public administration or a related discipline is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in general office work is compulsory. Additional years of education from an accredited college or university may be substituted for experience with one (1) year of education replacing two (2) years of experience. Being bilingual would be an asset.
